This company has won lifelong customers! My mother whom is elderly had some issues with her roof so we got a few estimates. The other company told us there was absolutely no way avoiding having to purchase a new roof and the cost wasn't cheap. My mother is on a fixed income and we called Thompson Roofing for a second opinion. They truly know the meaning of treating customers like family. They were able to come take a look and confirmed that my mother didn't need a entire roof and that the repairs needed would be quick and at a extremely fair price. Mike did great work on our house in Alexandria. We had some shingles come off due to wind. He was very responsive, let me know what to expect, saved us some money by checking to see if we had extra shingles from the original roofers, and fit us into his schedule quickly (two days!)Thanks Mike!
