Positive: Professionalism, Punctuality, Responsiveness, Value. I had some issues with my roof and gutters that needed to be taken care of and received 4 estimates from roofers and handymen. Mike Thompson was the only one who didn’t try to a) scare me into installing a new roof or b) sell me services I didn’t need (sealing box gutters that had recently been sealed). He assessed the problems correctly and gave me a fair price. Communication about timing was impeccable.
I still had some minor issues after he did the repairs (not his fault, just wear and tear and previous sub-par work), so I texted him and he came out the next day to fix them free of charge. I highly recommend Thompson Roofing for any gutter and/or roof work in NKY.
